Setup calendar appointments
Serve coffee to visitors
Follow up with vendors for get quotes
Make travel bookings as necessary
Print sales folders
Print and bind proposals
Do follow ups with prospective clientsQualifications:
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Microsoft Office skills especially Outlook and Word
Bachelor’s degree preferredJob Specifications:
• Graduate of at least 2-year course
• Must possess good telephone skills
• With good verbal communication and listening skills
• Must be professional, customer-focused, organized and can handle pressure
